A Lei nº 14.831 é a mais recente aprovada sobre esse tema e estabelece a criação de um Certificado de Empresa Promotora da Saúde Mental para as empresas que seguirem algumas diretrizes.

A nova legislação amplia a responsabilidade das empresas. Agora, é obrigatório gerenciar riscos psicossociais, como estresse e saúde mental no ambiente de trabalho. Empresas que investem no bem-estar dos colaboradores não apenas evitam multas, mas também melhoram sua produtividade e são reconhecidas por boas práticas.
